Phoenixville YMCA Summer Day Camp

Camp Garrett Summer Day Camp
10-week summer day camp for children ages 5–15 at Camp Garrett. Activities include swimming, art, archery, sports, hiking, gardening, and a farm-to-table educational garden. Nonprofit with scholarships ensuring no child is turned away for financial hardship.

Group Swim Lessons
YMCA-certified instructors teach swimming skills, stroke technique, and water safety in a friendly group environment using a six-stage progressive program. All ages are welcome in this year-round program offered across multiple Greater Philadelphia YMCA branches.

Private Swim Lessons
One-on-one 30-minute swim lessons with a certified Y instructor for kids age 3 and above, covering basics, skill refinement, and stroke mechanics with personalized lesson plans. Available at select branch locations.

Stroke and Turn Clinic
Advanced swim clinic for swimmers who have completed YMCA Swim Lessons and can swim a full length of the pool in both front and back crawl, with rudimentary breaststroke and butterfly. Different skill stages may be available depending on branch location.
