Little Explorers is a kids program offered through Haverford Township Parks and Recreation. Contact the department for more details on activities and scheduling.

The Haverford Township Free Library hosts LEGO Robotics workshops for children ages 7–14 in Haverford Township. Kids program LEGO MINDSTORMS and WeDo kits to complete engineering challenges, building problem-solving and computational thinking skills. Sessions run bimonthly throughout the school year.

Swimming lessons for children and youth of all skill levels at the Haverford Area YMCA. World-class pools with certified instructors building water safety and swimming skills.

Competitive and recreational gymnastics at the Haverford YMCA Gymnastics Center. Levels include USAG Levels 2-9 and Xcel programs, plus beginner and recreational classes for all ages.

Summer recreation programs for ages 3-6 including Tot Lots, Tadpoles, Summer Explorers, Creek Jumpers, and Club 56. Environmental education and STEAM activities throughout the summer.
