Fencing Academy Classes
Year-round fencing instruction for ages 8 and up, from beginner through advanced levels. Offered by the Fencing Academy of Philadelphia. Students learn épée, foil, and sabre techniques in a competitive and recreational atmosphere.

Kids Martial Arts Program
Age-specific kids martial arts program combining Tae Kwon Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai Kickboxing. Pee Wee classes for pre-K through early elementary (30 min, 4-5:30pm weekdays), Junior classes for ages 7-14 (45 min, 5-7:15pm weekdays). Starts with a 3-class Quick Start Course for $47.

Youth Gymnastics Classes
Progressive gymnastics program with classes for all ages and skill levels. Mini G's for ages 3-4 (45 min), Mighty G's for ages 4-5 (1 hour), Girls Beginner for ages 6+, Open Play Gym for ages 2-10 with parent, and Pre-Team/Xcel programs by invitation.

Gymnastics & Movement Classes
Structured gymnastics and movement classes for children from 4 months to 12 years. Programs include Parent/Child classes (4 months–3 years), Pre-K Gymnastics (3-6 years), Grade School Gymnastics (6-12 years), and Dance (3-12 years). Monthly membership includes 1-2 classes per week.

Township-based nonprofit youth lacrosse for boys and girls in grades K–8 in the Colonial School District. Programs are all-inclusive with class-based groups for appropriate skill placement: clinics for K, small field for grades 1–2, and full-field 10v10 for grades 5–8.

Six-week rowing program FREE for Conshohocken residents ages 13–17, plus three weeklong summer rowing camps open to ages 10 and up. Camps cover technique improvement, training methods, and preparation. Offered at the Conshohocken Rowing Center.
