Introductory Tang Soo Do karate for young children ages 3–6 at Main Line Karate in Ardmore. Develops coordination, balance, speed, physical fitness, and confidence through age-appropriate martial arts in small classes.

Age-specific martial arts program combining Tae Kwon Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai Kickboxing for children ages 3–14 at Dragon Gym Main Line in Berwyn. Saturday 10:15 AM class for age 3; junior classes Mon–Fri evenings. Builds focus, coordination, and self-discipline.

Year-round boxing training for youth ages 12–18 at the Phoenixville Recreation Center by the Phoenixville PAL. Professional trainers guide participants in building fitness, discipline, coordination, and confidence. Open to boys and girls.
