Regus needs to re-assess the staff in Cira Center ASAP. Been trying to transfer since November 2021. Claims she never sees any of my emails. Then says she's so overwhelmed and can't get her work done. We had to physically drive there and found out she held onto mail for months. Finally got the transfer papers and she still doesn't process it properly. Keeps charging me for Philly space even though I should be in DE by now. It's April and she still can't get the transfer finalized! So disappointed.

Stay far away, Regus creates fake exit fees and make everything difficult. I wish I never interacted with company at all. They are dishonest in their business dealings.

I pay for weekly mail forwarding - they send it monthly. I email the center - they ignore me. I submit an inquiry through the portal - they tell me to email the center. I complain again to the portal, who loops in the center - the center tells me they are in fact sending mail weekly (they aren't). In my monthly mail package, I sometimes get other people's mail.

Great location. I was concerned about being able to reserve office space as the date/time showed unavailable. I called the location and they were able to assist me in a workspace. Very professional and welcoming staff. I would use this Regus location again when in Philadelphia.

A great structural design. I was able to see it daily as it was built. The off setting angles of the buildings shape makes it stand out in the City of Philadelphia. This unique design accents the artistic building designs in today's modern world.
