2 months agoI was so impressed with the level of service from the woman who arranges the passport applications. She accommodated my extremely early arrival, was gracious to my nerves about getting a passport for the first time, and quickly processed my paperwork. I also love the library's antique reading room. What a clean, friendly library.

6 months agoI applied for an expedited passport with fast shipping on Sept. 24th and received my passport and passport card on Oct. 5th. I am going to Germany on Oct. 20th for work and am now stress free. The gentleman was clear, concise, punctual, patient and professional. I will never go anywhere else for passport services for my family. THANK YOU!!

6 years agoMy overall review is fantastic. I find 99% of the employees to be courteous and helpful. My kids are 11 & 6 so we utilize the childrenβs library and all the programs they offer, especially in summer. I am so grateful for the Summer reading program for different age groups, my kids love to read & be rewarded for it with raffle tickets & free media rentals. The woman who runs the childrenβs library is always so pleasant and nice to everyone. The adult library never fails to have what I need and more than enough great recreational reads.

6 years agoI never have anything bad to say about my favorite place in the world- libraries! The charm of this library is it's old world feel in its main reading area.
