3 months agoEvery child and parent should lucky enough to have this program in their life. From building character, social and emotional skills to behavior and beyond this program is great for all ages of development. The coaches are caring and compassionate and show a true love for the students while making each session fun. It is great how the parents are involved and encouraged to work on the skills learned beyond the mat so they are enforced and become life long traits.

3 months agoWe've been at KidStrong for 2 years and my 9 year old loves it! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, positive, and encouraging for both kids and parents. The coaches are truly fantastic — they’re energetic, supportive, and genuinely care about helping each child grow stronger and more confident. The programs are well organized, fun, and keep the kids engaged while still teaching important skills like teamwork and perseverance.

2 months agoOur son has really enjoyed his time! And the curriculum is so well done, emphasizing confidence and following increasingly complex directions. Thank you to our coaches! We also just held our son’s birthday party at this location — and it was a great experience. The coaches helped us to set up decorations, guided the kids through a fun activity, then served the pizza and cupcakes we brought in to all the kids. Really made it so easy. Special thank you to Coach Steve, who has an amazing heart and talent for encouraging all the kids to participate and challenge themselves.

7 months agoMy son is currently enrolled in the 2-3yo class- I really appreciate how flexible the class scheduling is — it’s so easy to book or switch classes if something comes up on your usual day. The new app is growing on me. Whenever I’ve had a question or run into a small issue, it’s been incredibly easy to reach KSWC by text. I was honestly surprised by how quick and helpful the responses always are. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, which I really value. But the best part of the experience is without a doubt the coaching team. They’re enthusiastic, patient, and so supportive with the kids (mine is in the 2–3-year-old class). He’s a super shy kid and the socialization itself is a blessing, but he gets so much energy out there! There are always two coaches in the class, and all of them are fantastic — but Coach Maddie really stands out. She’s exceptional . My son absolutely loves seeing her each week. She’s helped him come out of his shell and has always been so kind and understanding with me as a parent.
