Fun Things To Do With Kids in Chester County

We joined KidStrong when it first opened and my son was about three, and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made for him. It’s kind of like CrossFit for kids, but in the best way. They’re climbing ropes and tires, doing monkey bars, working on balance — all the gross motor stuff little kids really need. But what I love is that it’s not just physical. They also work on listening skills, following directions, teamwork, and confidence. Each month has a different theme, and they incorporate things like learning Spanish, memorization, math, body parts, and other educational concepts right into the workouts. It’s such a cool way to sneak learning in while they’re having fun. I really saw so much growth in my son, and not just physically, but socially and mentally too. The coaches are upbeat and encouraging, and they really know how to connect with kids! If you’re considering it, I truly can’t recommend it enough. We’ve had such a great experience.

Every child and parent should lucky enough to have this program in their life. From building character, social and emotional skills to behavior and beyond this program is great for all ages of development. The coaches are caring and compassionate and show a true love for the students while making each session fun. It is great how the parents are involved and encouraged to work on the skills learned beyond the mat so they are enforced and become life long traits.

We've been at KidStrong for 2 years and my 9 year old loves it! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, positive, and encouraging for both kids and parents. We have been members at kidstrong for months and decided to have a birthday party for our 4 year old here the other day. It was a blast and the kids had an amazing time! Coach Steve and Coach Cadence made sure to keep all the kids engaged and energized. They even helped with all the party logistics which made our job so much easier.
