I've gone on a few adventures with Hiking Hound Adventures and enjoyed all of them. Last night was paddle board yoga! They provided anchors, life vests, and safety instruction. Jess taught a great class with poses close to the board, as well as options for standing if we wanted the challenge. It was a great class and a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

I took my my family on an evening canoeing trip on the Schuylkill river. Two of my sons (14, and 12) have never been canoeing before and they were so nervous (even though they are avid swimmers). Andy made them feel so comfortable with his calm and steady ways. He explained exactly what we were going to do and where we going to go. Soon they were experts! The weather held out and it was really perfect! It was overcast and not too hot or buggy. Don't fret if the weather isn't perfect, Andy makes it worthwhile! They have so many other greats activities to try, we will definitely be back to either kayak, or maybe learn how to paddle board! Who knew there was so much to do in nature right around the bend from the "big city". Hiking Hound Adventures is also one of the most affordable rentals around, but offer high quality experiences. It's worth getting out of your comfort zone and try something new.

Hiking Hounds provides a wonderful program for outdoor adventures. I participated in an ice cream walk with little ones and it was a great time. Andy and his family provided all of the tools and ingredients to make ice cream while we walked along learning about different trees in our local park. I’d recommend them for anyone looking to try something new or learn something about nature.

Andy Hood at Hiking Hound is a knowledgable outdoors person who is connecting residences to the amazing green spaces that we have here in Delaware County. We went on a hike at Glen Providence County Park and I discovered trails that I didn't knew existed. Look forwarded to finding more trails in the county with Hiking Hound.

Anne and Nick have both been great tour guides. They’re knowledgeable and friendly, and the name tags help them make positive connections with all the kids. I think the hikes have too many people, they should be capped at smaller groups, and people should be instructed not to fall behind. The group was so large that it took us a long time to get anywhere, and the front of the group was getting very antsy by the time the last of the group showed up to begin the activity.
