6 months agoOur piano teacher, Nerissa, is the best! My son has been taking lessons for several months and he was doing so well with his lessons with Nerissa that I decided to take them too! Iβve learned so much in a short period of time and we have a blast together at our lessons. Nerissa is super patient yet firm and she makes the lessons fun! Sheβs so great with kids! Iβm thrilled with my experience so far and itβs so great and fulfilling to learn to play an instrument as an adult. The front desk staff is super awesome too! Always so welcoming and fun to talk to! I love my experience and highly recommend Music and Arts and Nerissa for lessons! Best money Iβve spent and I canβt wait to learn more!

a year agoDo yourself a favor and avoid the repair service!! This is my first negative review, but I hope my experience will save you time and frustration. I took my guitar for a simple repair (pickguard moved because of the heat - I was asking for a clean-up of dripping glue + glue the pickguard back on). My guitar stayed 26 days in the main shop because they failed to put it back on a truck once the repair (supposedly) was achieved. I was finally called today and I found out they did NOTHING!! See the pictures, it's even worse than before. They did nothing in 26 days for $55. I refused to pay and will get service someplace else. In-store staff is super friendly. The repair shop is a disaster.

a year agoI inquired about getting an older trumpet cleaned and the employees were very patient with answering all of my questions. They made the process super simple and communicated with me every step of the way. The price was extremely reasonable. Thank you for your time!

a year agoMy son had a good experience learning drums for a month, but he decided to stop. I, meanwhile, decided to take guitar lessons to learn how to play my husbandβs favorite song for his birthday. Unfortunately, the only available teacher turned out to be very unhappy with his job and life. He was constantly telling stories from his life, making the 30-minute sessions completely unproductive. I extended my last session to 60 minutes in the hope of learning more, but instead, I had to experience a grown man tantrum. The teacher was unprofessional, yelled that he deserved better than working at the center for a small salary, and then insulted my intelligence, religion, and parenting (mind that he knows next to nothing about me). It was an awful experience. The most positive aspects were the manager and the front desk staff.
