She was condescending and had a bad attitude. When he requested to speak to her supervisor, she told him that she didn't care and hung up again. I've had to call the 1-877 phone number multiple times because she refused to help me. I hope that this is taken seriously. I also want to add that when she hung up and he called back, she answered by saying "what do you want".
